As an exchange student you can take our Bachelor Classes, or our Master Classes (open to advanced bachelor students and to master students). Furthermore, there are several classes available which are offered by other departments:

Former Students chose for example Political Science, History, Media Sciences, and Geography.

Examples include

  • “Germany – an Introduction into Geography, History and Politics”,
  • “Europe and East Asia”,
  • “Strategy in an Unraveling World Order: US-American and German Foreign Policy”,
  • “Language, Mind and Media,” “Media Theories”

Besides that, the university offers German courses at different levels.

Bachelor:

The Bachelor program is taught mostly in German with about 4-6 classes per semester taught in English. In the past semesters, the classes listed below were offered in English. The term in which a class offered is subject to change. Classes usually have 4 contact hours per week. Student acquire 7.5 ECTS for every class.

Master:

The Master of Science program is taught entirely in English. The term in which a course is offered is subject to change.
Classes usually have 4 contact hours per week. Student acquire 7.5 ECTS for every class (research modules: 15 ETCS, 8 contact hours).
