Assistant Professor in Macroeconomics


The Department of Economics at the University of Bonn (Germany) is seeking to fill two positions in Macroeconomics at the Assistant Professor (W1) level beginning fall 2018.

The positions are initially offered for a three year period and can be renewed for another three years. Tenure can be granted in line with the regulations of the university. The teaching load corresponds to one course per semester. All teaching at the graduate level is in English. The University of Bonn is an equal opportunity employer.

Candidates should have, or expect to have, completed a Ph.D. in economics by September 2018 and they must demonstrate strong research potential. To apply, please submit a CV and a job market paper to the junior search committee making use of the following online form:
