The Bonn Graduate School of Economics invites to an Information Meeting for Advanced BA and MA Students in Economics Interested in Pursuing a Doctoral Degree - November 11, 2025.

We are pleased to announce that the 2025 edition of the European Doctoral Programme (EDP) Jamboree will be hosted by the Bonn Graduate School of Economics with support by ECONtribute. The event will take place in on September 11–12, 2025. The venue is the Reinhard Selten Room 0.017, Juridicum, Adenauer Allee 24–42, 53113 Bonn.

The Bonn Graduate School of Economics successfully organized this year’s Manchot Lecture, continuing our tradition of fostering high-level academic exchange in economics. The event drew an engaged audience of around 140 attendees, including students, faculty members, and guests from the broader academic community. The lecture featured an inspiring presentation by Dirk Bergemann, who shared insights on "The Role of Information Design in the Digital Economy", sparking a lively discussion. We sincerely thank Dirk Bergemann for sharing his expertise, and we appreciate the contributions of everyone who took part in the event.

The 2025 EDP Jamboree will be hosted by the Bonn Graduate School of Economics (BGSE) on September 11-12, 2025 in Bonn. The aim of the annual meeting is to bring together doctoral students of the participating graduate schools in Barcelona, Bonn, Florence, Louvain, Paris, and Tel Aviv. The meeting provides an active forum for doctoral researchers to discuss their findings, seek feedback, exchange ideas for future research and promote active collaboration.
