Faculty Research Day
On Friday, November 17 there will be the first faculty-wide research day starting with presentations by Prof. Jaqueline Lorenzen and Prof. Hanna Schwank. The presentations will start at 3 pm in lecture hall K. Afterwards there will be an informal get-together at the faculty meeting room next to the dean's office. Invited are all members of the faculty.
Hanna Schwank will talk about her paper ”Disruptive Effects of Natural Disasters: The 1906 San Francisco Fire”.
Jaqueline Lorenzen will talk about the topic "Steuerung multifunktionaler Flächen im urbanen Raum".
In addition, they will present a joint project "The mid-term and long-term consequences of the Ahr valley flood: leveraging individual-level and institution-level survey data for an interdisciplinary analysis".
