Recognition of Outstanding Tutors in the 2025/26 Academic Year

As part of its annual Teaching Awards Ceremony, the Faculty of Management and Economics also recognizes exceptional tutorial teaching by awarding prizes to the most outstanding and dedicated tutors.

At the Faculty Celebration held this year, Constantin Bona and Anna Sabine Stölben were honored with the Best Tutor Award for the Summer Semester 2025 and the Winter Semester 2025/26, respectively.

Summer Semester 2025

Tutor for the course “Macroeconomics B/I”

 Constantin Bona received the Best Tutor Award for the Summer Semester 2025.

Students particularly appreciate his extensive subject knowledge, clear and well-structured explanations, and exceptional commitment. Special praise was given to the summary sheets, study materials, and solution guides he prepared, which many students regarded as valuable support for their academic success. Through practical real-world examples, thorough preparation, and his approachable manner, he succeeds in making even complex topics easy to understand. His strong commitment to students’ learning outcomes and the positive learning environment he creates are especially valued.

 

Winter Semester 2025/26

Tutor for the course “Mathematical Methods in Economics A/I”

Anna Sabine Stölben received the Best Tutor Award for the Winter Semester 2025/26.

She stands out through her strong subject expertise, clear and patient explanations, and outstanding dedication. Students particularly appreciate that she always responds to individual questions in a friendly and respectful manner and explains exercises in a structured, step-by-step way. With her calm and thoughtful approach, she takes the time needed to address complex topics and ensures that all participants develop a solid understanding of the material.Her openness toward questions and mistakes, as well as her supportive and approachable manner, foster a trusting and encouraging learning atmosphere. The clear structure of her sessions, excellent organization, and commitment to active student participation further contribute to making students feel confident and motivated.
